Barbour, WV County Commission
The three members of our county commission serve to handle most matters involving county property, programs and services, personnel, election, taxation, and related matters at the management level.
Barbour County Assessor
The assessor handles all tax-related issues, including taxation, real estate and personal property tax appraisal within the county.
Barbour County Clerk of the County Commission
The county clerk serves as the county commission secretary, maintains official county records (including deeds, vital records, wills and estates, UCC filings, and other similar matters. The county clerk also handles voter registration and election matters.
Barbour County Clerk of the Circuit Court
The circuit clerk primarily handles court-related matters such as records of service of process and similar matters. Additionally, the circuit clerk has duties related to certain election-related issues.
